went over to esplanade on Friday.accompany Sarah.she wana watch the event dats gona be held dat nite.'Celebrating Hip Hop'!!yeah..dats the event.it was my very first time watching such an event right from the beginning.but sadly..i cldnt stay till the end coz i got be home before 12am.made a promise to my dad. =) ok2..the event.it start off well.the emcee for dat event is Sheikh Haikel n Anna Belle Francis.both of dat r cool!they host the event well..dey seem so comfortable on stage.so..professional! the kick off.. Dalina Jaapar sang a song!her voice was powerful!i didnt noe she cld sing dat well..accompany by jus a melodic tune..she carry the song so well..beautiful!! FreakyZ..Sarah jus love him!!heard alot bout him thru Sarah..n it was my very first time see him sang.yeah..indeed he was awesome..his song was nice n funny!n he sang with dat mimic on his face..cute guy!no wonder Sarah jus love him!haha! den came this particular guy.Imran.haiz.but OMG..he got such a soulful voice..he got dis kinda similar appearance as HairulNizam..but he sounds much better..i didnt noe he exist if Sarah didnt ask me along 4 the event.thx gurl!! dere r so many other performers,mostly young teens..all of which give their very best during their performance.i realise dat dere r so many young talents out dere waiting 4 every opportunity dey cld find in order to pursuit their talents.dere r each unique in their own way.if given a chance,im sure dey can be known to the world one fine day.Hip hop has been a well-known genre n trend among teenagers from all around the world.Not forgetting S'pore teenagers too. not forget the DJs who made their performance..their real gd talents.DJ rattle represent S'pore over in L.A..n he came in fourth..hey!its international..n he came in fourth..aint he brilliant!!congrats to DJ rattle.DJ Rough n DJ Ritz r gd too..i njoy myself during their 'DJ battle'.hilarious! another unique talent.Zul Maestro.he jus uses he voice from within to create the tune,rythm n song to his piece.by blowing air into the microphone..he created a SOOoo unique piece..im impressed by ur talent! woah!!dats sure to be tiring man..but he did it very well..he was sweating to the end of his piece..poor him..but nvm..dat was a fabulous one Zul!!cheers 4 ya!! the last performers i gotta watch.was dikir barat from Kelana Purba.u muz be wondering why dikir barat was one of the item in 'Celebrating Hip Hop'.yeah..the element of Hip Hop is fit in between the song to make it somehow related.i suppose dey wana tell the ppl out dere dat Hip Hop is free..it can jus be anitink..deres no specific 'rules' in Hip Hop. lastly..bfore i end this post.jus wana thanks Sarah for bringing me over to watch dat wonderful event.i njoy myself so much.Thanks to Shahrul too for droppin by n watch the event together with us n..send me home after dat..i didnt noe dat ure gona send me back home.n thx to u again..i gotta stay abit later till the end of the dikir barat performance.klau harapkan nk naik train..siang2 dah kene angkat kaki jln.hehehe. hugs n kisses to ur bike.im gona be the last pillion.gona miss 'it'..hehe!hope ure happy wen u got ur dream bike later.=) i njoy myself on FRI!!!yeah!!! |
