ALL ALONE IN CLASS. Might as well do smth. Hmm..I gues blogging would be the best choice! Im currently in school. Earlier this morning, return to my attachment office to hand up my assignments. All done. Except for this particular flash document that seems to be so tedious. I'm not too good with flash thus i'm having some prob. Lucky, my colleague, gave me no time limit. Gotta get Mr Swarmi, my multimedia teacher to help. But he's only free after 2pm. So..I'll jus wait here..Ok..previous days activities... --Saturday-- Woke up dat morning around 10am. Ibu decided to go to Geylang. We get ready around 12, leave the house around 1pm. I just got my pay so i treat ibu to a taxi ride to Geylang rather then taking the long journey by MRT. Reach Geylang about 45 mins later. Walk around.. Dee daa dee daa dee... I told ibu i got 'an appointment' around afternoon. So, she quickly browse around everything that she wanted to see. At around 4pm, i hail ibu a cab, sent her off. Then i proceed and make my way to town. Meeting an old fren, Syai. Reach town around 430pm. Syai was late, he was in the cab but was caught in the traffic jam. Nevermine, while waiting, i walk around Taka then to Wisma Atria on my own. Independent mah. Walk into Forever21..Godd!! All the tops are calling for grabs!! Goodness..So nice sia..But the price are all around 30+, 40+..Some even reach bout 60+. To buy just a top that cost that much, ibu surely scream the hell outta me. Haha!! So, i look see, look see only. Keke! Syai arrived bout 515pm. Food!! We have to fill our tummy first before anitink. Far East Plaza was the next destination. Had our meal at Cahaya Restaurant. After meal, we make our way to Taka again. Walk into Stadium. I've been aiming this black/yellow puma jacket n a puma shoe. I showed Syai which are those. He asked me which one i prefer. He did voice out before hand to me that he will get me either one. I hesitate though. Its not really nice. We're jus normal frens. Those stuffs are expensive. But he insist. Okay2..I told him, he can get me the jacket. He told me to wait till 21st July. "Aite.. ", that was all i answered him. Still not feeling good bout the idea. It was fun out with him. Its almost to 6 yrs since we last contact each other. That was right after PSLE. Now, we met again, and we still can communicate like before. Glad, of course i do. Both now grown up into matured young man and laydee. So much different in appearance, but character stays as it is. Hmm..Time flies so fast when we r having fun. Around 630pm, he have to leave for work.Orite..We went separate ways. Later on, i went to meet my sec sch guy friends. Suppose to meet dem on Fri night, but i got bike prac dat evening. I left town at 930pm coz the next day, i have to work full shift. Need more rest. Sunday Work full shift. Tiring. All alone looking after my counter from 10-10pm. However that evening,there is this particular customer. Shes looking for a pair of shoes for work. Since im free, not much customer around, its already 830pm. I attend to her needs. I search high n low for a pair of shoe that she might like. From one counter to another. I jus tried my best to get her comfortable, yet nice ones.. =) She wanted a cheap shoe because she got a certain budget, but of course you couldnt expect a $30 shoes to be made of leather. I told her frankly, "Ma'am..You splurge now, you feel comfortable, it will last for longer period of time. Rather then buying a cheap one, u got blister and all, and it doesnt last long.." She agreed with me. I still kept my smile with me all along while serving her. I should say, she is really a fussy customer. Havent finish trying a pair of shoes, she already asked for another..She will ask you all sorts of Qns which requires you to think carefully before answering coz she take every single word that came out from your mouth seriously. My colleague, another promoter got scolded by her just because she could not answer her Q which is... "What if i get blisters n cuts after wearing your shoe for sometime? Can i come back and get an exchange? If no, what would your recommend me to do?" My colleague answered "Im not too sure ma'am. I would just recommend you not to get this shoe if u dont feel comfortable even at this moment. But you cant exchange once you have worn it.." She reply "Goodness!! Is this how you explain to me?!! Dont you learn how to handle Qns by customers. Nevermind, i dont need your help anymore! You can have back your shoes.." And she just kick the shoes aside. I stare blankly. I was abit shock by her act. But i pretend i didnt see wat happened. My colleague took her shoes and walk into the storeroom w/o turning back. If she dont like it, she will just put aside the pair of shoes. It was exhausting, i ran in and out of the storeroom to find her shoes. Shes abit impatient so i jus make sure i do everything fast. However, shes not the only customer i have to handle. Other customers around me ask me for shoes to. I manage my way well. After more than an hour, she then decide on a Scholl brand shoe, simple but very comfortable. Scholl brand shoes are made for comfort. I lead her to the cashier, say my final thank you and greet her gd night. She ask me for a feedback form. She wrote about me n praise me for my patience n helping her, she admit shes fussy but she told me.. "Switheart, u gave me an excellent service, im very fussy, indeed i am, you cant change me but you pass the stage dear..Thank you once again..Well done!" Im happy. Thanks to her. But seriously, lucky me i didnt get frustrated halfway. WOahh...!!! met all sorts of people.. |
